More About Thomson Reuters

It is an exciting time to be part of Thomson Reuters. As the global leader in electronic information services, and related applications such as trading systems and news, we continually push the boundaries of information and technology. Our strong heritage and drive to innovate make Thomson Reuters a dynamic place to work.

It’s a fascinating, challenging, fast-moving environment to work in - one that gives graduates a chance to make a real and immediate difference to the world around them.

There are four routes into Thomson Reuters for graduates. The Business programme is split into a number of placements across various functions within Thomson Reuters and is designed to give graduates first-hand experience of how the company operates. On the Finance programme successful applicants get the best of both worlds - studying for the CIMA professional qualification while also gaining hands-on experience throughout the business. Technology drives everything Thomson Reuters does, so the Technology programme will put graduates right at the heart of the company where they’ll work with truly world-class systems and products. The Thomson Reuters Journalism programme is one of the most sought-after training opportunities in the profession and will give graduates a chance to learn from the best in the business.

Whatever the programme, successful applicants will find themselves doing real work right from the start, exploring this incredibly diverse business and probably spending some time overseas. Longer term, they’ll be encouraged to shape their own career development - and this is a company where they will never be short of options.
