More About Rolls-Royce plc

It’s not hard to see why our graduates are proud to work for us. Join us and you’ll be joining a global leader in the civil aerospace, defence aerospace, marine and energy markets that offers you a world of opportunity.

As a high technology engineering company we’re developing innovative solutions to address today’s burning issues, such as how to meet the world’s demand for air travel while reducing its effect on the environment.

Trusted to deliver excellence
As a company with a great heritage, we believe we have an even brighter future. In fact, we’re working on some of the most exciting projects around - from developing generators that reuse waste gases to heat greenhouses, to producing our quietest large engine yet for the new Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

Career opportunities
We develop amazing products for a global market. Join us and you’ll face some of the most challenging business scenarios you can imagine, working with colleagues, clients and suppliers all over the world. It’s a competitive world where we need the best supply chain, the most creative deal-makers, the strongest finance operation, the most driven project managers, the greatest customer focus and the finest engineers to take us where we want to go.

Training and development

We offer two graduate programmes. Our Professional Excellence Programme lasts 12-18 months and is all about developing your professional expertise to become a recognised expert in your chosen field.

Your development experience will be tailored to meet your individual needs, with all the support you need to perform to your full potential. This will involve a combination of job experience, formal training, project work and a variety of other activities.

Whichever programme you choose, you’ll be challenged, stretched and enthused by the range of opportunities available. You’ll also enjoy plenty of training and development opportunities to help you to achieve your career goals at Rolls-Royce.
