Work Location:
We have offices in Swindon, Northampton and Bournemouth and 750 branches within the Retail Branch Network. Whilst on the graduate programme you will be required to travel to any of our sites to carry out your work, therefore we ask that you are prepared to relocate.

Appropriate degree disciplines:
2:1 degree, any degree discipline (or equivalent), 260 UCAS points (excluding general studies)

Average Starting Salary & Benefits Offered:
Competitive base salary of £24K, £3K joining bonus, Performancerelated bonus, Private healthcare, Pension scheme, 24 days’ holiday, Subsidised staff restaurant and café, Preferential rates on loans.

We offer eight to twelve-week internships over the summer months and a range of year-long
placements which will inspire and motivate you every step of the way. You’ll gain handson
experience working on live projects with genuine responsibility and exciting challenges to give you an insight into the heart of our business.
