More About Explore Learning

Explore Learning is an ambitious and fast growing company dedicated to making a difference in children’s education. We are a national network of learning centres providing maths and English tuition to children aged 5-14, designed to improve knowledge, confidence and enjoyment of learning. At Explore Learning we help children make fantastic academic progress, the vibrant atmosphere keeps them engaged and focussed, enabling them to have fun while they learn.

We work closely with the children and their parents to create a tailored learning programme
that maps to the National Curriculum and meets children’s’ individual needs. Children attend on
a weekly basis and parents receive regular feedback to track their progress.

Explore Learning staff are passionate and enthusiastic people who know how to get the best out of children. The management team consists of 2 Assistant Directors and a Centre
Director, who are supported by part time Tutors.

You start with us as an Assistant Director, and as part of a management team you will learn
to run one of our tuition centres. You will be trained and developed in a broad range of skills
including leadership, business management, marketing, and teaching at the same time as
working closely with children of all abilities. We aim to develop you to become a Centre Director in 12-24 months.

“Being responsible for a large team of staff has
given me the chance to develop management
skills from the earliest stage of my career.”
Alastair, Reading
