The graduate programme
Our graduate programme is key to success and
is supported by senior management throughout the organisation. On the programme, graduates
are provided with an excellent understanding of
financial markets, as well as the bank’s
products, instruments and services. The
programme takes learning one step further,
incorporating practical applications through a
variety of case studies, workshops and
presentations. Depending on the area joined,
each graduate receives comprehensive, rolespecific
training as well as training in soft skills.
Internships
Most internships take place for 10-12 weeks
over the summer although we do have off-cycle
positions available, according to business
needs.
Interns are expected to work on a range of
projects, from live transactions and marketing
projects, to research and analysis, depending on
the business area. As well as the everyday work,
interns receive training before and during the
programme, and also have a lot of opportunities
to network with intern colleagues, recent
graduates and senior members of the firm. |
