Raleigh is a youth and education charity. Since 1984 our expeditions have inspired 30,000 people from all walks of life, nationalities and ages to be all they can be, helping them develop new skills, friendships and make a difference to communities and environments across the world.

Get out there
With Raleigh you will work on genuine and sustainable environmental and community projects in remote corners of expedition countries. Destinations include Borneo, Costa Rica & Nicaragua, and India. Your involvement with an adventure project will take you to some of the most stunning environments in the world – rainforests, volcanoes, lakes and mountains.
You will mix with people from a variety of backgrounds who have joined the expedition from all over the world. You can choose an experience that fits in with your time frame by joining our full overseas expeditions - combining adventure with sustainable community and environmental projects - which run for 10 weeks, or choose our 5 week expedition - combining either a community or environmental project with a team-based adventure challenge.
